The twenty-first century is witnessing an increasing and clear interest in studying the relationship between student teachers’ motivation their participation professional development programs. This study was designed to find out toward programs identify role of influencing ambition, perseverance, desire teachers be effective active carrying activities tasks. descriptive survey design employed, 75 were chosen participate, data collected using a developed instrument after ensuring its validity reliability. results showed that level very high they are aware fact most means for developing participate Based on these findings, set conclusions recommendations drawn.
